Reading is fun and so is wiggling around! Story Time with a Twist is a free, weekly activity for children of all ages and their caregivers. This fun-filled activity combines storybooks with music, dance, rhymes, instruments, finger plays, and much more!
The purpose of Story Time with a Twist is to provide a cost-free program for the community in a safe and enjoyable environment, while promoting good reading habits for children of all ages to use for a lifetime.
No enrollment, registration, or reservation is needed. Bring your infant, toddler, or preschooler, to Caledonia Dance Center and feel free to invite your friends, neighbors, and anyone else who would enjoy participating in Story Time with a Twist.
Story Time with a Twist will take place in a shoe-free room, so you may want to wear socks.
Story Time with a Twist is scheduled to take place throughout the 2011/2012 school year and will follow the Caledonia Community Schools calendar; taking breaks for holidays, etc. In the event that Caledonia Dance Center is closed or delayed for weather-related reasons, Story Time with a Twist will be cancelled.
